车东西7月12日消息，就在昨夜，彭博社报道称，据知情人士透露，特斯拉公司计划把Robotaxi（无人驾驶出租车）的发布时间从8月份调整到10月份，以便让参与该项目的团队有时间打造出更多的原型车。

此消息一出，特斯拉的股价迎来下跌，美股开盘后，特斯拉股价下跌5%。截至美股收盘，特斯拉的股价跌幅扩大至8.4%，报241美元/股（约合人民币1749元/股），总市值来到了7687亿美元（约合人民币55791.88亿元），市值缩水7.5亿美元（约合人民币5117亿元）。

早在今年4月份，马斯克就在社交平台上宣布特斯拉将会在今年8月8日正式发布Robotaxi，随后关于特斯拉Robotaxi的内饰图、概念图层出不穷，甚至还有不少海外用户拍到了疑似特斯拉Robotaxi的测试车。

随着特斯拉Robotaxi发布日期的不断接近，以及特斯拉FSD系统的不断更新，外界对于特斯拉保持着极高的信心，在过去的11天内，特斯拉股价一路走高，创下2023年6月之后最长连涨记录。

而在Robotaxi发布延期的消息传出来之后，特斯拉的股价连涨之路被迫画上句号。

一、押宝自动驾驶和AI 特斯拉朝着新的目标努力

在过去两年时间里，马斯克对于特斯拉的目标一直是销量，曾定下了要实现年销量2000万辆的销量目标。

但随着新车型推出速度放缓，以及在Cybertruck和Semi车型、4680电池等项目的量产上投入过多精力，特斯拉的销量增长并不算特别迅速。

今年年初，马斯克也给出了特斯拉最新的发展目标——自动驾驶和AI，马斯克更是直接在社交软件上宣布特斯拉拟于8月8日发布Robotaxi。

6月份的股东大会上，马斯克也花了很多时间来介绍Robotaxi项目，他表示特斯拉不会运营自己的Robotaxi车队，而是让特斯拉车主的车加入共享车队，从而为车主创造额外的收入。

简单来说，特斯拉车主日常可以自由使用自己的车，而在不用车的闲暇时间，可以让车辆变成Robotaxi去参与运营，最终车辆获得的收益，也会分配给车主。

而这并不是马斯克首次对外介绍这个想法，事实上，马斯克早在八年前就预告了Robotaxi的相关概念。不过，在今年马斯克宣布了最终的发布时间之后，特斯拉Robotaxi的进度明显加速了。

二、FSD系统是关键 疑似原型车已被用户拍到

要想实现Robotaxi，核心主要是两个方面，一是特斯拉目前正在稳步推进的FSD系统，这是特斯拉Robotaxi能够实现的技术基础。另一方面则是车辆本身，这是Robotaxi投入运营后，乘客所直接接触的产品。

而在这两方面，特斯拉的进展都很可观。

首先在FSD方面，特斯拉是行业内最早放弃小模型而改向大模型的玩家，对FSD的系统底层代码进行了重写，现在已经通过大模型的方式开始迭代升级并且推给部分用户进行内测了。

目前，特斯拉已经向部分用户推送了FSD V12.4.3版本，这也是特斯拉FSD目前可公开的最新版本。不过由于推送的人数并不算多，目前还没有太多用户的体验视频流出，仅有一些长期的FSD体验博主在X（原推特）上发文表示，FSD V12.4.3在高速公路行驶的时候会出现在车道内“画龙”的情况。

马斯克则表示在FSD V12.5.X版本将会结合高速公路和市区软件栈，从而带来更好的体验。但这一版本何时才能亮相，还是个未知数，此前马斯克曾透露说将会在2024年6月底推出，很显然，马斯克又食言了。

值得注意的是，何小鹏此前在美国体验了FSD V12.3.6版本，这也是大部分用户能体验到的最新版本，在何小鹏发布的视频中可以看到，这一版本在城区的表现已经非常好了，通过路口、躲避锥桶、甚至是左转和右转的表现基本都很丝滑。

尽管也找到了几处bug，但是何小鹏还是发出了“比我自己开的还好”的感叹。

相比较于FSD的高调更新，特斯拉在Robotaxi原型车的开发方面显得异常低调。但还是逃不过网友的镜头。

日前有用户在加利福尼亚北部发现了一辆装有特殊摄像头的特斯拉Model 3测试车。

从照片来看，这款车应该是基于特斯拉Model 3焕新版改装而来，车辆新增了多个摄像头。

前保险杠位置新增加了一个摄像头，似乎是为了实现更好的车辆前侧感知而设计的。

从侧面来看，车辆取消了传统的后视镜，后视镜下方的侧视摄像头则做的更加突出，在一定程度上替代了后视镜的作用。

比较奇怪的是，车辆的B柱后有一个角度向斜前方的摄像头，可能是为了更好的实现对车辆侧面的识别。不过最终量产版本，这一摄像头的位置可能不会这么奇怪。

车辆尾部，也可以看到在“TESLA”标志中“S”的位置新增了一个摄像头。

而其他方面，这一车辆和目前在售的Model 3焕新版似乎并没有太多的差距。从车辆的外观来看，这应该是一辆测试车，可能在进行软件方面的测试。

同样是在特斯拉股东会前夕，特斯拉放出宣传片上，似乎也透露了Robotaxi的内饰，视频中有一个车辆内部设计图的镜头，可以看到图片中的车辆并没有方向盘且只有两个座椅，而这一设计也有可能会出现在未来特斯拉的Robotaxi之中。

不过，特斯拉的Robotaxi究竟长什么样子，还是要等到正式发布会上，马斯克亲自来揭秘了。

结语：Robotaxi大热，国内已开始收费载人

随着越来越接近特斯拉原定的Robotaxi的发布日期，国内Robotaxi领域也开始火热了起来。

百度旗下萝卜快跑在武汉投放了400多辆Robotaxi，不少用户已经开始在武汉付费体验了，直接拉动了百度美股股价的增长，甚至带动国内多个智能驾驶股价都出现了增长。

而除了百度，国内的Robotaxi头部玩家如小马智行、文远知行也都在推动Robotaxi的落地。

除了企业的落地探索，国内政策也在不断更新。去年底，《自动驾驶汽车运输安全服务指南（试行）》的发布明确了自动驾驶汽车规范运营的相关标准。本月工信部等四部门发布《智能网联汽车“车路云一体化”应用试点城市名单》，20个城市成为试点城市。

近日北京市经济和信息化局会同相关部门起草了《北京市自动驾驶汽车条例（征求意见稿）》，明确提出了允许符合要求的自动驾驶汽车可以在申报后，开展道路测试、示范应用、示范运营、道路运输服务试点等活动，并用于公共汽车客运、出租车及网约车客运、货物运输、城市环卫等场景。

可以说，在Robotaxi布局方面，国内的进度非常迅速，特斯拉的Robotaxi正式发布会，也需要面对国内相关企业的正面竞争。
