2024中国汽研汽车指数技术专委会年会在京举办

凤凰网汽车讯 7月11日，中国汽车工程研究院股份有限公司（以下简称“中国汽研”）主办的2024中国汽研汽车指数（IVISTA & C-AHI）技术专委会年会暨2023版规程先锋首测发布会在北京举办。

本届年会以“新质生产添动能，指数测评谱新篇”为主题，来自国内外汽车行业组织、高校、企业以及研究机构的领导和专家们200余人出席会议。会议由中国汽研北京院院长、指数管理中心副主任刘明主持，开场发言中他表示，本次会议旨在发布中国汽研汽车指数十四五研究成果，分享国内外汽车测评前沿动态，共同研判汽车技术发展趋势，并集中研讨汽车指数2026版升级思路，致力于书写汽车指数新质发展新篇章，推动中国汽车产业高质量、可持续发展。中国汽研党委书记、董事长周玉林，中国汽研总监、指数管理中心主任抄佩佩出席本次会议。

谋“新”论“质”，群英荟萃共话新质生产力

当前，新技术浪潮席卷全球，汽车产业加速迈向电动化、智能化、网联化、低碳化，这不仅重塑汽车产业格局，也为整个行业带来新的挑战与机遇。特别是在新质生产力的推动下，汽车产业正向着更高效、更环保、更智能的方向发展。

中国消费品质量安全促进会副理事长兼秘书长王昆在致辞中表示，中国汽研汽车指数测评体系在中国汽车产业发展过程中发挥出了积极作用，在汽车测评领域的多年深耕，不仅为消费者提供了更为全面、客观的车辆评价信息，也为车企的技术研发和产品升级提供了有力的数据支撑。

中国汽研党委书记、董事长周玉林在致辞中表示，在新质生产力的指引下，中国汽车产业应该积极拥抱新技术、新模式，加强科技创新和产业链整合，推动中国汽车产业向更加智能化、绿色化方向发展。通过汽车指数专委会年会，凝聚行业智慧和力量，共同打造科学性高、先进性强、覆盖面广的汽车指数测评规程，共商共举中国汽车测评升级发展新思路，共同构建一个更加开放、繁荣、可持续的汽车行业发展新格局。

在主题报告环节，G-NCAP技术总监Aleksandar Damyanov作《车辆可持续性评估项目最新进展报告》，并指出汽车测评的全球协同正面临挑战，不同国家和地区在标准制定、测试方法等方面仍存在差异。通过加强国际合作、推动标准统一、共享测试数据和技术成果，可以共同推动汽车测评的全球协同进程，为全球消费者提供更加安全、可靠的汽车产品。

俄罗斯工程院外籍院士、哈尔滨理工大学教授蔡蔚在《新能源汽车高效高功率密度电驱动系统》报告中指出，我国新能源汽车已从“政策驱动”转变为“政策+市场”双轮驱动，当前功率电子控制器IGBT是主流，碳化硅是未来发展趋势；传动机构，减速器是主流，但是变速器和绕组重构是未来的选择方向。

鹏城实验室网络部平台所总师韩伟红介绍了《面向实战的网络安全测评：方法与系统》。他指出，规范汽车数据安全，不仅能促进汽车产业又快又好地实现数字化转型，还能有效拉动产业提升新质生产力。

中国汽研信息智能事业部副总经理、IVISTA中国智能汽车指数负责人张强分享了《智能驾驶与主动安全测评技术研究与实践》。他认为，构建智能汽车面向复杂使用场景的测试评价体系，需要在智能汽车量化测评体系、高效率仿真测试、高精度实车测试等方面进行技术创新。

智领未来，国际专家组汇聚全球智慧

在与会嘉宾的共同见证下，中国汽研党委书记、董事长周玉林为汽车指数技术专委会新任顾问委员、副主任委员以及国际专家颁发聘书。俄罗斯工程院外籍院士、哈尔滨理工大学教授蔡蔚，G-NCAP技术总监Aleksandar Damyanov，长安汽车英国研究中心总工程师乔军等8位专家受聘为第二批国际专家组委员，并正式成立17位成员的国际专家组，标志着中国汽研指数国际化进程再获突破，未来将以国际专家组为纽带，支撑汽车指数测评规程与时俱进，更具国际视野；持续提升中国汽车测评方案全球影响力，助力中国汽车出海之路行稳致远。

“质”地有声，汽车指数十四五研究成果发布

在成果发布环节，中国汽研总监、指数管理中心主任抄佩佩发布了汽车指数十四五研究成果，其中两大技术路线图-《智能安全技术路线图（2024-2030）》和《绿色健康技术路线图（2024-2030）》将引领我国汽车测评中长期发展；三个专项测评-《IVISTA网联智能与隐私安全专项测评规程（2023版）》、《智能网联新能源汽车复杂高寒环境测试评价规程（2024版）》、《中国商用车智能安全测评框架》发布，填补了行业相关测评领域的空白。现场还发布了汽车指数2024-2025首期十大“揭榜挂帅”项目，包括面向乘员多样性的汽车安全虚拟测评研究、新能源汽车碰撞后电安全测评技术研究、面向智能网联汽车车路云一体化系统的测评技术研究等10个项目，通过对共性关键测评技术进行攻关，为汽车产业高质量发展注入新动力。

随后，中汽院汽车技术有限公司总经理助理贺鹏与韩伟红共同发布汽车网络安全众测平台，该平台由中国汽研和网络通信领域国家级实验室——鹏城实验室联合打造，集结顶尖的网络安全攻防团队，通过透明可回溯的流程，对车辆开展深入而高效的测试。中国汽研、鹏城实验室希望能够与车企和白帽社区携手，共同守护智能网联汽车的网络与数据安全。

此外，抄佩佩与机械工业出版社汽车分社社长赵海青共同为《中国汽车综合测评技术研究报告（2024版）》的发布揭幕。作为中国汽车测评技术发展记录者、思考者和推动者，该报告汇聚了汽车行业专家的集体智慧，全面梳理和总结了汽车测评成果，并对未来测评技术发展趋势进行了深刻洞察，持续引领中国汽车产业高质量发展。

During the thematic presentation, Aleksandar Damyanov, Technical Director of G-NCAP, presented the latest progress report on the vehicle sustainability assessment project and pointed out that global collaboration in automotive evaluation is facing challenges, as there are still differences in standard setting, testing methods, and other aspects among different countries and regions. By strengthening international cooperation, promoting standardization, sharing testing data and technological achievements, we can jointly promote the global collaborative process of automotive evaluation, and provide safer and more reliable automotive products for global consumers.

Cai Wei, a foreign academician of the Russian Academy of Engineering and professor at Harbin Institute of Technology, pointed out in the report "Efficient and High Power Density Electric Drive System for New energy Vehicles" that China's new energy vehicles have shifted from "policy driven" to "policy+market" dual wheel drive. Currently, IGBT power electronic controllers are the mainstream, and silicon carbide is the future development trend; Transmission mechanisms and reducers are mainstream, but gearbox and winding reconstruction are the future direction of choice.

He believes that building a testing and evaluation system for intelligent vehicles targeting complex usage scenarios requires technological innovation in areas such as intelligent vehicle quantitative evaluation system, efficient simulation testing, and high-precision real vehicle testing.

Leading the Future with Intelligence, International expert Group Gathers Global Wisdom

Under the joint witness of the attending guests, Zhou Yulin, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Automotive Research Institute, presented appointment letters to the newly appointed Advisory Committee, Vice Chairman, and international experts of the Automotive Index Technology Committee. Eight experts, including Cai Wei, a foreign academician of the Russian Academy of Engineering and a professor at Harbin Institute of Technology, Aleksandar Damyanov, Technical Director of G-NCAP, and Qiao Jun, Chief Engineer of Changan Automobile UK Research Center, have been appointed as members of the second batch of international expert groups, and a 17 member international expert group has been officially established, marking a breakthrough in the internationalization process of China Automotive Research Index. In the future, the international expert group will serve as a link to support the automotive index evaluation regulations to keep pace with the times and have a more international perspective; Continuously enhancing the global influence of China's automotive evaluation solutions, and helping China's automotive industry to steadily and steadily expand its overseas journey.

Quality speaks louder, research results on automobile index released in the 14th Five Year Plan

In the results release stage, Chao Peipei, Director of China Automotive Research and Director of Index Management Center, released the research results of the 14th Five Year Plan for Automotive Index.
