建造“好房子”，住建部要这样抓！
围绕满足群众住上好房子的需求，住房城乡建设部今年将从建筑层高、电梯、隔音、绿色、智能、无障碍等方面入手，发布住宅项目规范，提高住宅建设标准，加快住房发展从“有没有”向“好不好”转变。
记者近日从住房城乡建设部了解到，今年将加快完善提高“好房子”相关建设标准。同时积极推动房屋体检、房屋养老金、房屋保险等制度试点。目前，正在研究制定关于提升住房品质的意见，健全完善住宅设计、材料、技术、维护、服务等一系列基础性制度。
按照住房城乡建设部的计划，组织各地在保障性住房中建设一批“好房子”样板项目的同时，引导房地产开发企业在商品房开发中建设一批不同面积、不同价位的“好房子”。
据了解，截至今年6月，已有上海、重庆、广州、烟台、西安等20多个城市开展房屋体检、房屋养老金、房屋保险三项制度试点。
就在6月27日开幕的第22届中国国际城市建设博览会和第21届中国国际住宅产业暨建筑工业化产品与设备博览会上，住房城乡建设部党组书记、部长倪虹带领全体在京领导班子成员和总师出席了开幕启动仪式并巡馆。
本届城博会展示了各地在着力打造人民满意"好房子"、幸福安全"好小区"、完整共享"好社区"、宜居韧性"好城区"的创新实践和优秀案例。其中，“好房子”方面，重点展示完善住房功能、提升居住品质、新质生产力赋能好房建设的相关技术和示范样板。
倪虹部长嘱咐相关单位负责同志，要紧盯好房子建设要求，通过完善标准、政策、技术和产业体系，以好房子为基础，推动“四好”建设。
