　　一、报名

　　凡符合我市2024年普通高等学校招生报名资格条件、拟报考普通高等学校艺术类专业考试的统考考生和单考考生须在高考报名过程中，同时进行文化课考试报名和艺术类专业考试报名。报名工作程序及考试收费标准等具体要求，按照《北京教育考试院关于做好北京市2024年普通高等学校招生报名工作的通知》（京考高招〔2023〕15号）文件执行。戏曲类专业考生在完成我市高考报名后，需按照相关专业组考院校通知要求完成戏曲类省际联考报名、缴费等工作。艺术类专业校考一般从2024年1月初开始，报名考试要求由相关招生院校研究制定，考生需密切关注。

　　我市艺术类专业统考报名与高考报名同期进行，报名时间为2023年10月25日至11月11日，包括网上提交报名申请、网上填报个人信息并缴费和报名资格现场确认三个阶段。选报艺术类专业统考的考生须在高考报名第二阶段时勾选“参加艺术类统一考试”，并选择相应科类（方向）。

　　二、考试

　　报考普通高等学校艺术类专业的考生须参加文化课考试和艺术类专业考试。参加文化课考试的具体要求按《北京市2024年普通高等学校招生工作规定》和高职单考单招有关规定执行。艺术类专业考试包括全市统考、戏曲类专业省际联考和高校校考，戏曲类省际联考报名、考试由相关高校组织实施。

　　（一）全市统考

　　1.2024年，我市统一组织进行音乐类、舞蹈类、表（导）演类、播音与主持类、美术与设计类、书法类等6个艺术类专业全市统考。报考艺术类院校、专业的考生需按要求参加相应考试。

　　2.全市统考由北京教育考试院统一组织，美术与设计类由各区考试中心具体承办，音乐类由中央民族大学承办，舞蹈类由北京舞蹈学院承办，播音与主持类由中国传媒大学承办，表（导）演类由北京电影学院和北京服装学院承办，书法类由首都师范大学承办。

　　3.考生可在音乐类、舞蹈类、表（导）演类、播音与主持类、美术与设计类、书法类全市统考和戏曲类省际联考等7个科类中选择一类填报，各科类之间原则上不得兼报。同一科类内的不同专业方向可以兼报，音乐类考生可以兼报音乐教育和音乐表演，表（导）演类考生可以兼报戏剧影视表演、服装表演、戏剧影视导演。对具有其他专业特长及潜质、确需兼报不同科类的考生，须按程序进行申请，通过相关审核后方可兼报。

　　4.经过高考报名资格确认之后的艺术类统考考生应于2023年11月27日开始在北京教育考试院网站（www.bjeea.cn）自行打印《北京市普通高等学校艺术类专业统一考试准考证（XXX类）》。考生须仔细查看准考证上的信息内容，按时参加考试。全市统考从2023年12月2日起开始进行，各科类考试时间将根据报考人数等实际情况确定，具体考试时间及要求以考生准考证为准。

　　（二）高校校考

　　1.少数专业特色鲜明、人才培养质量较高的艺术院校,对考生艺术天赋、专业技能或基本功有较高要求的高水平艺术类专业，经批准可在省级统考基础上组织校考，相关高校及专业名单已向社会公布。2024年起，高校艺术类专业校考工作均在学校所在地组织，不再跨省设置校考考点，京外高校不得在京组织校考。

　　2.组织校考的在京高校要积极采取线上考试或使用省级统考成绩进行初选等方式，严格控制现场校考人数，原则上不超过相关专业招生计划的6—8倍。严格控制校考合格证发放数量，原则上不得超过校考专业招生计划数的4倍。各招生高校应按教育部有关工作要求，将本校校考合格名单上传“全国普通高校艺术类专业招生考试信息交互系统”。

　　3.组织校考的在京高校要健全完善考评人员遴选机制，加强考试组织管理，严格落实考生资格审核主体责任、考评人员管理和考试过程管理，建立完善考评人员回避制度、“黑名单”制度，细化完善安全保密、命题制卷、考试组织、阅卷评分、监督管理等工作流程，确保考试过程公平公正、平稳顺利。

　　4.考生要按照相关高校要求，在规定时间内参加高校校考报名、考试等工作。

　　三、成绩发布与复核

　　2024年1月8日开始，考生可登录北京教育考试院网站（www.bjeea.cn）查询本人的艺术类统考成绩。我市艺术类统考本科、高职（专科）、高职单考单招等各类型合格分数线和全市考生分数分布也将适时公布。戏曲类成绩发布安排和艺术类各类考试成绩复核办法另行通知。

　　四、有关要求

　　高校招生专业范围包含了2023年《普通高等学校本科专业目录》中“艺术学”门类下设各专业，以及《职业教育专业目录（2021年）》中高等职业教育本科和专科专业“艺术设计类”“表演艺术类”下设各专业和“民族文化艺术类”“广播影视类”等部分专业，统称为艺术类专业。根据有关文件要求，按照招生时是否使用专业能力考试成绩，相关艺术类专业可分为两类。

　　1.教育部《普通高校艺术类考试招生本科专业目录》中艺术史论、艺术管理、非物质文化遗产保护、戏剧学、电影学、戏剧影视文学、广播电视编导、影视技术8个专业和《北京市高等职业教育艺术类考试招生本科和专科专业目录》中数字广播电视技术、影视编导等16个专业，从2024年起，不再进行艺术类专业能力考试，直接依据考生高考文化课成绩，参考考生综合素质评价，择优录取考生。

　　2.7个艺术类考试科类下设的艺术类专业招生实行“文化素质+专业能力”的考试评价方式。招生高校可根据自身办学定位和人才培养实际，对考生专业能力提出艺术科类相对应的专业要求，并使用我市统考成绩、省际联考成绩或高校校考成绩作为专业成绩进行录取。专业目录中标记“★”的科类为戏曲类，可通过省际联考方式实施，标记“△”的艺术类专业，相关招生高校可对应该专业所在的本市统考科类，也可根据人才培养需要，跨科类科学确定该专业与本市统考科类的对应关系。

　　对于专业目录中组织专业能力考试的艺术类专业，相关普通本科招生高校可根据实际需要，不组织专业能力考试，直接按高考文化课成绩择优录取。

　　相关高等职业教育本科和专科艺术类专业招生高校，不再组织艺术类专业能力考试，须使用我市艺术类统考或戏曲类省际联考成绩录取。

　　3.健美操等体育类项目纳入体育类专业考试招生，2024年起，招生高校将不得通过艺术类专业考试方式进行招生。

　　4.艺术类招生高校应在艺术类专业考试招生办法中明确告知考生须参加的北京市艺术类统考科类，原则上高校同一艺术类专业应对应一个全市统考科类。考生应根据自身兴趣爱好以及艺术专业特长和潜力，认真阅读《普通高校艺术类考试招生本科专业目录》《北京市高等职业教育艺术类考试招生本专科专业目录》（详见附件），及时关注相关高校艺术类专业考试招生办法，特别是相关专业与我市艺术类专业统考科类的对应关系等要求，准确选报全市统考考试科类，避免报错考错。
