一、报名和考试
报考高校艺术类专业考试的考生，须参加北京市2024年普通高等学校招生报名。报名时须在高考报名系统选报艺术类专业全市统一考试(以下简称艺术类统考)相应科类或戏曲类专业全国省际联考(以下简称戏曲类联考)。
(一)高考文化课考试
高考文化课考试，即北京市2024年普通高等学校招生考试，考生须按全市统一要求参加考试。
(二)艺术类专业考试
1.艺术类统考。从2024年起，北京市全面实施美术与设计类、音乐类、舞蹈类、播音与主持类、表(导)演类、书法类等艺术类统考。艺术类统考由北京教育考试院统一组织，其中美术与设计类由各区考试中心承办，音乐类由中央民族大学承办，舞蹈类由北京舞蹈学院承办，播音与主持类由中国传媒大学承办，表(导)演类由北京电影学院和北京服装学院承办，书法类由首都师范大学承办。艺术类统考报名与高考报名同时进行，考生须在高考报名系统上选报相应的艺术类统考考试科类。
2.戏曲类联考。戏曲类联考由教育部指定的相关组考学校承办。拟参加戏曲类联考的考生须完成全市统一高考报名后，按照组考学校要求选择考试专业(剧种)。
3.艺术类校考。少数艺术类专业特色鲜明、人才培养质量较高的高校，经省级教育行政部门批准可在省级艺术类统考基础上组织个别专业校考，校考须在高校所在地组织。高校在艺术类统考成绩合格并达到校考要求的考生范围内，择优确定校考合格生源并发放校考专业合格证，原则上校考专业合格证不得超过校考专业招生计划数的4倍。高校应在规定时间将本校校考合格名单上传“全国普通高校艺术类专业招生考试信息交互系统”。艺术类校考报名要求由相关高校研究制定，并向社会公布。
二、志愿填报
考生应按全市统一规定的志愿填报要求进行网上志愿填报。未取得相关艺术类专业考试合格成绩的考生，填报艺术类专业志愿无效。取得多个专业科类(方向)合格成绩的考生可以兼报其他科类(方向)。
(一)艺术类志愿设置
艺术类志愿设置两个批次，分别为本科提前批艺术类和专科(高职)提前批艺术类。
本科提前批艺术类，以院校专业组为志愿设置单位，一个院校专业组(下设一个或多个专业)即为一个独立的志愿，每个志愿设置6个志愿专业和一个“是否服从专业组内调剂”选项。本科提前批艺术类分为A、B两个阶段，依次录取。艺术类A段，设置1个志愿，不设置征集志愿。具有艺术类校考资格和使用戏曲类联考成绩录取的院校(专业)在本段录取。艺术类B段，设置20个平行志愿，使用艺术类统考成绩作为专业成绩录取的院校(专业)在本段录取。艺术类B段录取结束后，如还有高校招生计划没有完成，将进行征集志愿录取，征集志愿设置10个平行志愿。本科提前批艺术类与本科提前批普通类录取同期进行，考生不能兼报，但可填报本科提前批以外的其他志愿。

(二)高职单考单招艺术类志愿设置
高职单考单招设置2个顺序志愿，每个志愿以1个高校和2个专业为志愿设置单位。考生可填报艺术类专业志愿或普通类专业志愿，需填报是否服从院校内专业调剂、是否愿意走读等选项。
