为做好我市2024年普通高等学校（以下简称高校）招生工作，根据《教育部关于做好2024年普通高校招生工作的通知》（教学〔2024〕2号）等有关文件精神，结合本市情况，作如下规定。

　　一、报名

　　（一）符合下列条件的人员，可以申请报名

　　遵守中华人民共和国宪法和法律；高级中等教育学校毕业或具有同等学力；身体状况符合相关要求。

　　具有北京市正式户口，或符合《北京市人民政府办公厅关于转发市教委等四部门制订的<进城务工人员随迁子女接受义务教育后在京参加升学考试工作方案>的通知》（京政办发〔2012〕62号）《北京教育考试院关于做好2024年进城务工人员随迁子女在京参加高等职业学校招生考试报名工作的通知》（京考高招〔2023〕14号）规定条件的进城务工人员随迁子女，或在北京定居并符合报名条件的外国人（须持北京市公安机关签发的《中华人民共和国外国人永久居留证》）。

　　（二）下列人员不得报名

　　1.具有普通高等学历教育资格的高校在校生，或已被普通高校录取并保留入学资格的学生；

　　2.高级中等教育学校非应届毕业的在校生；

　　3.在高级中等教育阶段非应届毕业年份以弄虚作假手段报名并违规参加普通高校招生考试（包括全国统考、省级统考和高校单独组织的招生考试，以下简称高考）的应届毕业生;

　　4.因违反国家教育考试规定，被给予暂停参加高考处理且在停考期内的人员;

　　5.因触犯刑法受到刑事处罚、尚在处罚期内的。其中，未成年人按相关法律规定执行。

　　高考报名后至开考前，如发现考生有上述不符合报考条件的情况，将取消其高考报名资格。

　　（三）相关政策

　　考生在进行高考报名时，同时选报普通高中学业水平等级性考试（以下简称学考等级考）选考科目，所选报科目须已通过学业水平合格性考试（2019年及以前的会考成绩不低于C等级，京外高中就读考生须通过北京市普通高中学业水平合格性考试成绩认证）方可报考。

　　因升学原因将户口迁入我市集体户口的毕业生，可在限定范围内报名：体育类中专校集体户口的应届毕业生只能报名参加运动训练、武术与民族传统体育专业招生考试，艺术类中专校集体户口的应届毕业生只能报名参加艺术类专业招生考试。其他情况不得报考。

　　进城务工人员随迁子女只能参加高等职业学校招生考试。

　　（四）报名办法

　　报名包括网上提交报名申请、网上填报个人信息并缴费和现场报名资格确认三个阶段，具体按照《北京教育考试院关于做好北京市2024年普通高等学校招生报名工作的通知》（京考高招〔2023〕15号）执行。

3. Fresh graduates in non-graduating years of senior secondary education who register by fraudulent means and illegally participate in general college entrance examinations (including national unified examination, provincial unified examination and entrance examination organized separately by colleges and universities, hereinafter referred to as the college entrance examination);

4. Those who have been suspended from taking the college entrance examination due to violation of national educational examination regulations and are within the suspension period;

(5) Those who have received criminal punishment for violating the criminal law and are still within the penalty period. Among them, minors shall be executed in accordance with relevant laws.

From the registration of the college entrance examination to the beginning of the examination, if the candidate is found to have the above circumstances that do not meet the registration conditions, the college entrance examination will be disqualified.

(3) Relevant policies

When applying for the college entrance examination, candidates should also select the subjects for the ordinary high school academic level Level examination (hereinafter referred to as the Academic Level Examination), and the selected subjects must have passed the academic level qualification examination (the score of the 2019 and previous HKCEE is not lower than C, and the candidates studying in Beijing foreign high school must pass the Beijing Ordinary high school academic level Qualification examination score certification).

Graduates who will move into the collective account of our city for reasons of study can register within a limited range: graduates of the collective account of sports secondary schools can only register to participate in sports training, martial arts and ethnic traditional sports professional enrollment exams, and graduates of the collective account of art secondary schools can only register to participate in art professional enrollment exams. Other circumstances may not apply.

The children of migrant workers in cities can only participate in the entrance examination of higher vocational schools.

(4) Registration methods

Registration includes three stages: online submission of application, online filling in personal information and payment, and on-site registration qualification confirmation, which is implemented in accordance with the Notice of Beijing Education Examination Institute on Doing a good job in the registration of ordinary colleges and universities in Beijing 2024 (Beijing Entrance Exam No. 15 (2023)).
