我在几年前与朋友们去过印度游玩，去之前已经查好攻略，路边的小摊肯定是不吃的，吃只吃一些高档餐厅或者肯德基麦当劳，喝水只喝瓶装水，住的是四星酒店，按说我们这个操作是没问题了吧？

前后折腾了有半个来月吧，出院后觉着走路都飘了，一称体重果然轻了，我都瘦了小10斤，被空气干倒那哥们瘦了20来斤，后来我们肠胃也经常出问题，我养了一年多才好。
