如果是正处于低情绪、负能量状态,那只要进行合理的情绪释放,找回内心激情的方法就好。比方说睡一大觉,感觉快睡到天荒地老了那种;或是去吃一顿心仪已久的美味大餐;也可以去看一场幽默有内涵的或是让人激情澎湃或……的电影;也可以来一次说走就走的旅行,哪怕是本市的某个博物馆、郊区的农趣……还可以找几个很正能量的朋友一起聚聚,聊聊。

如果因为学习、工作后的压力让自己的内心正能量减弱了,想持续让内心充满正能量,我的建议是先想几个自己非常喜欢的小兴趣、小爱好,把它们都晒出来,仔细想想,哪个是你曾经想做又因为某种原因没有去做的,练起了!        健康的兴趣爱好可以帮助我们从主观上积极掌握某项技能。        爱因斯坦曾经说过:“兴趣是最好的老师。”        比如有些人自小喜欢音乐,不需要家长督促,自己就知道去寻找、学习、掌握有关音乐的一切知识。而如果逼着一个对音乐没什么兴趣,很喜欢美术的人去学音乐,那对于教的人、学的人以及家长都是一件非常糟糕的体验。        健康的兴趣爱好可以让生活充满正能量。音乐、舞蹈、阅读、书画……很多美好事物我们可以称之为爱好。像我的好知友风少写的历史小短文、发呆的薯条对美食的偏爱、老周说紫砂每天对紫砂等的研究和分享,每位知友都有独属于自己的兴趣爱好,我蛮喜欢徜徉于友友们的帖子里,学到很多,很多……但是!!打架、酗酒等不良嗜好,要注意区分,如果迷失,请立刻马上找回自己。        生活的全部意义在于让自己活出大自在,所以完全不必理会周围那些飞奔而来的负能量,屏蔽就好,这也是一种自我保护。本身我们自己心里的负能量就不知道如何疏导呢,凭什么还要当别人的垃圾桶。        作家李尚龙说过:“负能量是在鞭笞别人的不好、责骂社会的不公;正能量是在讲完后告诉你,即使再苦,我依旧可以通过努力去改变一些。

正能量也可以通过有规律地坚持运动来获得。之前的帖子里我有推荐《运动改造大脑》。        在《让大脑自由》一书中也提到了“运动可以让我们的大脑更好地运转”的原理:“运动可以使更多的血液流向大脑,为大脑带来丰富的葡萄糖作为能量,同时还能带走氧气吸附遗留下来的有害电子。”        比如跑步。每到放假季的早上六点左右,我都会陪娃到家附近的公园去晨跑,我看到那些每个假期都会遇到的长期坚持跑步的人,精神状态充满了正能量,还有的身边常常会多一两位被带起来的人,他们不仅自己通过跑步获得了正能量,更是带动了身边的人。        我也常常把这一发现分享给娃,这也是他克服懒惰,能勉强坚持在假期去跑步的动力之一。所以如果你也想通过运动来释放压力、获得更多的能量,也可以找身边正在坚持运动的人带一带的。
