　　开庭后，深圳龙岗区检察院指控，张某君于1973年出生，户籍地是四川广安市武胜县，小学文化，于2023年3月被警方刑拘。龙岗区检察院依法查明，2008年6月27日16时许，张某君在龙岗街道办龙东居委会东联购物广场门口，见蔡某某（即蔡佳玲）独自玩耍，便以糖果为诱饵，将蔡某某拐走带回四川老家抚养。2023年3月19日，张某君到当地派出所接受调查。
