记者查看聊天记录发现，双方在今年6月1日前后就因为前期约定的4000元美容服务项目发生过意见不合，房东邹女士曾表示自己并不满意对方提供的美容服务。对此，朱女士表示，由于该房子内部没有家电、床和窗帘等，“房东为了促成这次交易，才同意以同等价值的美容服务来支付两个月的租金，白纸黑字都写得很清楚。”朱女士认为，房东就是不想退押金，所以才找出各种理由来扣钱。
