你认为是老板养活员工,还是员工养活老板?

这个问题换个说法其实更合适,不能说是谁养活谁,而是在雇佣关系中,谁占便宜更多?

如果把雇佣关系等价换算成买卖交易关系,就是谁享受了溢价。

这就好比,这个商品本来就值一百块钱,但是出于某种原因,我在知道市场行情就是一百块的情况下,依然选择了花一千块去买。

这就是卖家占了更多的便宜,享受了商品的溢价。

正常的雇佣关系就是,你在这份工作岗位上贡献出什么水平的劳动成果,我就付相应的工资奖金福利。

这是平等的合作关系,老板给足额工资,员工按要求工作。

反过来的情况其实也很多,公司里总会有一两名非常能干的员工,比如销售自己拉来了公司三分之一的订单,但是拿的工资提成却严重不对等,也就比没啥业绩的销售高一点。

那雇佣这位销售的老板,就享受到了雇佣关系中的溢价。

但是,老板和销售都知道,这种情况不可持续,销售必然会在稳定下来后,马上另寻出路,要么跳槽换老板,要么自己创业。

再比如当年张小策和朱一旦的关系,你不能说是谁养活了谁,但是明显的前期张小策的收入是远低于付出的,后来再谈薪酬待遇,就已经很难谈拢了,于是合作关系就破裂了。

所以,只有合作关系中谁享受了溢价,谁占了便宜,不存在绝对的谁养活了谁。
