Amidst frequent wars, Huang Yongyu began a life of displacement and eventually arrived in Quanzhou, where she met the renowned monk Hongyi, who had changed her life. At that time, Master Hongyi was hiding in Kaiyuan Temple. As a former artist, he was a pioneer in the field of Chinese oil painting and advertising, and Huang Yongyu did not initially hold special respect for this master. Although Huang Yongyu has a playful personality, he has a literary bloodline. He believes that artists are either free and unrestrained, or rigorous and focused. How can monks be included in paintings? The monk has moved away from the hustle and bustle, how can there be a sense of life under the brush? Out of curiosity, he intruded into Kaiyuan Temple without authorization, hoping to witness the charm of Master Shihongyi in person. However, due to unfamiliarity with the path, he lost his way in the temple and was almost misunderstood as a thief. Unable to search for a monk, Huang Yongyu turned to climb a tree and pick orchids. However, as she descended the tree, she discovered a smiling monk standing under it. Huang Yongyu, who was rebellious in his youth, loudly questioned, "Monk, what do you think of staring at me? Don't you need to recite scriptures and meditate?" The monk's expression was pleasant, explaining that he was only worried about his safety. After a conversation, Huang Yongyu was surprised to find that the person in front of him was Master Hongyi. During the conversation, he deeply admired the master's erudition and talent, but due to his youthful nature, he challenged him: "If you really have the ability, write a calligraphy for me, and I will come to pick it up in a few days. If you can convince me, I will be convinced." The master readily agreed and instructed to pick up the calligraphy within four days. Unfortunately, Huang Yongyu's memory of this matter was delayed by eight days due to his indulgence in playing. By the time he arrived, Master Hongyi had passed away, leaving only the imprint of "not seeking peace and happiness for sentient beings, hoping that the world would be free from suffering.". Upon witnessing this scene, Huang Yongyu wept bitterly and regretted missing her last encounter with the wizard. Self reflection, the great hero, should keep his promise and take responsibility, vowing to be a reliable person. Since then, Huang Yongyu has reformed herself, shouldering the heavy burden of the family, and her painting skills have also been diligent and improved, eventually achieving success. On June 13, 2023, Mr. Huang Yongyu passed away immortally, and his life explained what true "chivalry" is.
