3月28日，公安部打击拐卖妇女儿童犯罪信息系统下发核查指令：2月上旬，北京市公安局朝阳分局辖区发生一起刑事案件，河北人段小芳的出租房发生盗窃案件，警方现场采集段小芳生物样本入库，发现其与绵阳市失踪被拐儿童父母李绪友、赖玉兰夫妇疑似具有亲缘关系，公安部打拐办指令绵阳市公安局核查。

接到工作指令后，绵阳市、三台县两级公安机关随即开展调查核实工作。经警方查明，1989年农历7月23日下午7时许，李绪友、赖玉兰夫妇的女儿在三台县长坪乡6村9队路上玩耍时莫名失踪。当年家属报案后，警方迅速行动，组织数百人在周边开展了查找工作。

今年4月，北京、绵阳警方分别与父母及孩子当事双方取得联系，在进行充分核实后，按照打拐系统指令要求进行信息反馈，并再次采集双方生物样本进行二次DNA亲缘关系鉴定复核。

5月9日，经全国公安机关打拐系统通报部确认：李绪友、赖玉兰夫妇与河北人段小芳符合三联体亲缘关系遗传标记，具有生物学遗传关系。

“35年了，我们没有放弃过寻找女儿。”5月24日上午，在见到失踪多年的女儿前，赖玉兰泪眼朦胧。

赖玉兰告诉红星新闻记者，女儿失踪那天下午，她和老公李绪友带着大儿子开着拖拉机去砍柴，年仅3岁半的女儿坚持要跟随一起。到达目的地后，他们夫妇和大儿子到山上砍柴，将拖拉机停在了100多米外的路边。女儿原本是到附近的婶娘家看电视，刚好当时停电，女儿就坐在拖拉机上玩耍。

“十多分钟后，我们就听到她婶娘说孩子不在车上了，我急忙喊儿子骑自行车回家查看，发现女儿也不在家，我们一家人都慌了，砍的柴也不要了，和亲戚邻居一起四处寻找女儿。”赖玉兰说，当时家里发动了二十多个同村人找孩子，马路上、家里、山坡上都找遍了，就是没有孩子的踪影，第二天家人报了警，但是孩子就像消失了一样，杳无音信。

李绪友说，那时汽车少，他们猜测，女儿被人抱走后，那人一定得乘坐火车才能到外省，于是，他马上去绵阳火车站蹲守。在火车站的站台上，他不敢合眼，盯着每一个路过的孩子看，在火车站，他蹲守了7天7夜。

十多年前，李绪友夫妇听说附近的刘营镇有一户人家的女儿，疑似自己失踪20多年的女儿，于是夫妇二人上前打听，但遭到对方拒绝。

“我们听说那家的女儿在外面打工，于是，我们就在腊月底和春节初，到那家人附近蹲守，坚持了6年时间，只见面一次。”赖玉兰说，因为不敢确认，他们也不能冒昧相认。此后六年，他们一直想办法和那孩子的父母搞好关系，但最终确认孩子不是自己的。

5月24日上午，三台县公安局潼川派出所，绵阳公安、绵阳妇联、北京缘梦公益联合举办了“2024常态化反拐团圆行动”第十四场团圆仪式，绵阳市公安局“胡祥雨工作室”与三台县公安局“刘晓辉工作室”联合举行了今年合作的第二场失踪被拐儿童认亲仪式。

李绪友夫妇带着儿子儿媳等一大家人，早早等候在了现场。11时许，段小芳带着自己的一儿一女到了，一家人相拥而泣。段小芳率先控制住自己的情绪，拿出纸巾擦拭母亲的眼泪，并安慰说“我们都不哭了”。

哥哥李刚斌含着泪，不停向妹妹介绍前来的兄弟姐妹和亲戚们，并告知其真正的出生日期。

段小芳告诉红星新闻记者，她在很小的时候就知道自己不是养父母亲生的了。养父母还跟她说，是她亲生父母生了很多孩子，然后把她卖掉了，这让她从小有了心结，对亲生父母没有好感，总觉得是亲生父母重男轻女，把自己遗弃了。

“养父母家还有两个哥哥，从我记事以来，我就开始给家里做家务活，因为我从小比较敏感，所以总是表现得很乖、很懂事。养父母对自己感情一般，现在除了过年回去看养父母一趟，基本上跟他们很少联系。”段小芳说，她念书不多，结婚后生育了一男一女，后来因为感情不和离婚。

今年3月14日，段小芳的合租房遭盗窃，她丢失了2条项链，报警后，警察过来取证的时候采集了她的血样。让她没想到的是，后来她接到了绵阳公安机关的电话。

“胡祥雨警官说到了我亲生父母的事情，听到这个消息我内心五味杂陈，很不是滋味。而当听到胡警官说亲生父母为了找到我吃了很多苦，我当时就哭了。”段小芳说，“原来我也是想念他们的，我也想让他们抱抱，人生能有几个35年呢？这一次我想要回家。”
