“弹窗怎么关也关不完,为什么不能一键关闭?”近日,有市民向媒体反映,电脑里的360安全卫士软件弹窗不断,“弹窗设置”中的选项有50余项之多。5月20日,记者就上述问题致电360安全卫士客服,对方回应,各类弹窗都可以关闭,但没有一键关闭弹窗广告的功能。
从采访中看到,这个弹窗功能未免过于夸张,选项居然有50多个,需要用户一个一个点掉。有趣的是,受访者挨个“产品推荐”“焦点资讯”“今日精选”“每日热点”“精选推荐”等页面上能看到的所有弹窗选项,却发现弹窗广告依旧没有消停,只是频率有所下降,变为一小时左右弹一次。
不难想象这个弹窗功能设计得有多“精巧”,无论用户怎么做,都没法确保获得一个“清净”的体验。
弹窗广告堪称互联网痼疾之一,也已经成为治理重点。2022年出台的《互联网弹窗信息推送服务管理规定》,就明确要求“确保弹窗广告一键关闭”;2023年10月,工信部还组织召开行政指导会,专门规范企业电脑PC端应用,强调不得以“默认同意”等方式强制用户接受产品自启动进行弹窗或提供相关服务。
从报道的状况看,受访者反映的问题似乎已经涉嫌违反相关规定。那么监管也应当及时介入,对相应问题进行调查并做出处理。
弹窗问题之所以顽固,根本上还是因为有利可图。曾有媒体报道,有业内人士测算,以一个5秒钟的App开屏广告为例,用户每天打开10次就相当于看了近1分钟的广告,长期积累产生的极大曝光量和曝光时间,让其成为颇受广告主青睐的广告展出形式。据统计,某些App开屏、弹窗类广告带来的收入,可占到广告总收入的80%。
但从现在的主流态度上,把业务押注于弹窗广告,倒更像是一种饮鸩止渴。就以360为例,其4月发布的财报显示,2023 年全年其营收为 90.55 亿元、同比下降 4.89%;而互联网广告及服务业务营收为 45.21 亿元,占了营收的近一半,却也同比降了4%。
这也能从一定程度说明,弹窗广告这种令人反感的广告模式,已经渐渐被用户所抛弃了。在这个大背景下,如果企业对用户心态缺乏感知,在营收压力之下进一步加剧骚扰,搞出“50个弹窗选项”,试图进一步榨干用户注意力,只会适得其反。
