山东省教育厅一名工作人员也表示，目前教育厅没有下达关于端午节高校不放假的通知。
另据四川成都市广播电视台看度新闻消息，西南交通大学、四川电影电视学院等多个高校表示“端午节正常放假”。

某省2020年普通高校招生美术与设计学专业统考中，两名舞弊人员找了一名大学生，为一名考生进行替考，被警方抓获。两名组织考试作弊者分别被判处有期徒刑3年8个月和3年2个月；替考大学生犯代替考试罪被判处拘役5个月，缓刑1年。
2019年9月3日，最高人民法院、最高人民检察院联合对外发布《关于办理组织考试作弊等刑事案件适用法律若干问题的解释》，对在高考、研究生考试以及司法考试等4大类“法律规定的国家考试”中组织作弊的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑并处罚金，严厉惩治考试作弊犯罪。
